That is truly awesome! Great photography and proud of her for showing her love of our sport!
Cheers,
Cody

That's just a great photo and really shows a strong young lady. Her parents must be very proud.

Good for her! I don't think here in Colofornia they would let her do that. It has really changed here in the last 40 years...sadly!

Good for her. Shows she has a strong will to stand up for what she believes in.

Very nice, glad to see young women in the field!

2 thumbs up. Tell her we're proud of her.

Here is another one she just posted.... Proud of her(y)

Me too, girl has impeccable taste shooting a Mathews!

Chuck,
You ought to drag her along down to El Rancho @gizmo and we will show her a North Texas Rabbit Safari. I will even entertain y'all with my fat man chasing running rabbit again! Lol
We need a repeat trip!
Cheers,
Cody

YES! I think you were reading my mind:)

I just sent Erik a message to see what the Prarrie Dog situation looks like up there during the summer. It would be a blast to get a group together and go do some shooting high volume style on a dog town or two and maybe a cold beer or two!:sneaky:

That sounds like a super good time! I bet I could find a cooler full of salmon and king crab to chase the beer with:whistle:

Nice pictures, it's always nice to see young people, especially females getting into the sport. It sure changes the image of hunters for the better.

Chopped up the whole thing as I kept hitting the 240 character limit...
Found out the trigger word in the end... It was muzzle or velocity. dropped them and it posted.:)

2,822fps, ES 8.2
This compares favorably to 7 Rem Mag. with less powder & recoil.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR MY RIFLE, ALWAYS APPROACH A NEW LOAD CAUTIOUSLY!!*
Rifle is a Pierce long action, 32" 1:8.5 twist Swan{Au} barrel
{You will want a 1:8.5 to run the heavies but can get away with a 1:9}
Peterson .280AI brass, CCI 200 primers, 56.5gr of 4831SC, 184gr Berger Hybrid.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.

Have twice tried to post something that your site canned as "SPAM" or some problem.. "Contact the Administrator"... Not sure why even the "Contact" button would not send my comment so you only received my query but not the content in question. I'll see if I can get it to you this way... NOPE I use a VPN and perhaps that is causing me grief...
