I know a 10,75x68 Mannlicher-Schoenauer for sale in Sweden - but not for 175 $...

That would spare you the bother of time travel.

I believe if I could have an Ischler Stutzen, like the one HWL posted with his gams in "Austria Hunting Pictures", my search for the perfect rifle would be over. Oh, and while I'm dreaming, in 7x57R of course.
Us leftys don't get much love in the firearms world. Except for our wallets, they tend to get much exerciseA LH stainless/fiberglass 280AI.
A Ruger RSM 375 H&H in left hand (I can dream right! Lol)
An original Westley Richard's 318, but left hand (Another dream!!)
My attempt to get it for 2000 € was not successful.

An old Mannlicher Schoenauer for sure, 9,3x62 would be the best, but even a Mauser 66 in 8x68S could be loved !![]()
I'm curious . Does anyone actually make factory loaded Ammo for the .256 Mannlicher anymore ?From the 1939 Stoeger:
