I had the pleasure of hunting with PH Barend Dorfling during a recent plains game hunt in Namibia and simply had to extol the virtues of this man as a PH and expert in his field. Barend truly made my Dad and I's hunt great, and is someone I will insist on hunting with the next time I visit the continent. As someone who is quite introverted, I had some concerns on making small talk with a PH every day for over a week. Hunting with Barend made me completely forget this, as it feels like hunting with an old friend. He is both a skilled storyteller (with entertaining stories to last a lifetime), and a great listener who likes to laugh. He truly puts the client first and I found him enthusiastically taking care of every request of mine without needing a second reminder. He helped us get some excellent trophies and it was rare that a stalk didn't result in an opportunity for an ideal shot. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things hunting in Africa, and has decades of diversified experience to back it up. You will undoubtedly be in the best of hands should you book a hunt with him, and I will be sure to book my next hunt through Hartland Safaris after my time with Barend. He will treat you with great care, consideration, honesty, and will tailor your hunt to your individual needs. Give him a call for your next hunt and I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed!

Do you have any cull hunts available? 7 days, daily rate plus per animal price?
