Soooo you got a new President...

Just happy all over. Trump has plans, unlike the pevious, to get jobs back to the US. We'll see more in the future, so let's wait and see. For me, the most glorious moment of the trump administration happened moments before he was sworn in. It was when hussein said his final words as commander in chief.

How do you guys feel? Whats the mood like in the country?

I think he made a very nice speech.

What do the US boys think?

Trump is a polarizing figure, so the mood in the country depends on where in the country you're talking about. The coastal states that Clinton took along with the few midwestern states are certainly still not happy. As mentioned above, many of them are still in denial blaming the Trump win on anyone / anything but Clinton and the DNC.

For those states that Trump won, well they're still quite pleased, after all he just started the job so nothing to gripe about. The mood a couple weeks ago in Dallas at DSC was definitely much more upbeat. That was to be expected.

I thought his speech was almost Reaganesque in that he has tapped into how much of the country is feeling. Perhaps not all, but much. In the end I think he's a populist president, a 3rd party candidate who just happened to run as a Republican. If he is succesful he will I think have changed politics in this country in a big way. If he's not, it will be a return to the old RNC/DNC establishment.

Happy Nobama Day to the entire world.

Lot of people that claim to be peaceful and tolerant are destroying things and causing turmoil. I personally did care for either person in the running but trump was the better option. The gun side of things here seems to be on the up which is a good thing. Big companies are putting money and jobs back to the USA which is another good thing. Only time will tell how well he does bit either way I'll pray for him.

I know with him and that family we as hunters now have a chance to get things back on our side.

Haven't been this happy since, well I don't know when. Certainly glad to see the last one gone, hopefully for good! I am walking on air today! And welcome to the most lovely First Lady ever!!

Dont be mad at them.... theyre just suffering from TURD.... :)

Do You Know Someone Suffering From Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder (TURD)?

TURD is a pattern of pathologically dissociative and psychotic behavior, first observed in the late hours of November 8th 2016, and increasing in severity with passing time.

Sufferers of TURD often exhibit pronounced cognitive dissonance, sudden bouts of rage, rioting, and uncontrollable crying.

People with TURD are characterized by a persistent unwillingness to accept that Donald Trump is going to Make America Great Again.

TURD Is caused by the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States of America. For many, both in America and worldwide, this was a shocking and unexpected outcome; their preferred news sources having failed to inform them that the alternative candidate was a criminal parasite.

Research is ongoing, but TURD appears to correlate closely with some of the following environmental and behavioral factors:
* Membership in the Democratic Party
* Identifying as a Feminist
* Currently enrolled in college, and/or Possession of a Liberal Arts college degree
* Living in a densely populated metropolitan area
* Massive student debt
* Spotty or non-existent work history

Patients with TURD are very resistant to treatment, and dangerous in large groups. Any possibility of treatment requires that they be separated from their hive-mind support apparatus; they cannot begin the process of accepting reality in the presence of encouragement towards delusion and irrationality. Separation may require the assistance of law enforcement.

If you have a friend or loved one suffering from TURD, urge them to seek treatment. Together we can beat this scourge, and Make America Great Again.

I did like his speech today, I thought he was tough guy speech but one that really brought home how we are all Americans.

Most of my liberal friends are in denial, sad, pissed, etc etc. I am really happy, and though he is a flawed candidate, I felt he was the best for the job given the state of the country. I also think as hunters we have someone on our side, and not just going to give us lip service.

I feel damn good about it. 8 years of radical Liberal agendas, put a cloud of gloom over this country, and those of us that are Patriotic.

Trump will have battles with the establishment stooges, but he has a , take no crap, attitude. We will prevail

The radical Liberals have become unhinged. Anything that makes them angry, is good for America.

Well...in celebration I put a CZ Sharptail SXS 12 ga in the gun cabinet today....I'm calling it my inaugural shotgun. I feel more optimistic about the future of our country than I have for years. I did not vote for Obama but felt he had an opportunity like no other before to unite America. He chose to pander to the fragments of his base and not heal our country...instead, he accelerated division in America. I'm 65 and old enough to remember what true leadership looks like....remember John F. Kennedy and, "Ask not what your country can do for you...ask what you can do for your country." The vision of putting a man on the moon? Instead, our country has become a country of whiners, complainers, and victims...this has been bred into our society for decades....people don't recognize what President Trump is trying to do. Obama played the "weasel card" frequently and never accepted responsibility for his actions....like a child. I believe President Trump will make a determined effort to unite America but change like this is difficult. Benjamin Franklin's great great grandfather said, "Never underestimate the magnitude of the forces that seek to maintain the status quo." Personally, to state it as delicately as a former U.S. Marine can, the liberal socialist trash in this country can choose to get on board and unite America....or.....they can go sit in a corner, suck their thumb, and stay the Hell out of the way! IMHO

It feels great! Despite what the former First Lady says I have a lot of hope again. Mine went away when the last POTUS stepped up to take the oath of office. It came back today.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.

Have twice tried to post something that your site canned as "SPAM" or some problem.. "Contact the Administrator"... Not sure why even the "Contact" button would not send my comment so you only received my query but not the content in question. I'll see if I can get it to you this way... NOPE I use a VPN and perhaps that is causing me grief...
