Yes, friends! the alst wednesday, the owner of a farm call me and my friends to tell "the boards herd just pass away to a cutted corn ten minutes ago" This was at 20.00 hs!
The farm is 25 km away my home... But, the continuous rain has destroyed the roads... We charge the truck and fly to the farm! but the travel take more than one and half hour...
At this time, the boar hed was in the open and clear field... and I have the possibility of make 5 shots with my trusty Mauser 7,65... and this is the ressults of the hunt!!!

Chorizo is sausage in English and great to eat in any language! I have never met a "sausage" that I didn't like and enjoy seeing how they differ across the world.

My grandfather made sausage from elk and pork when I was a boy. Good sausage is comfort food to me.

"sausage".... OK!!! The food is an international language, Royal27!
Thanks!

De Nada!

Food is the international language! That is one thing I'm good at. I always want to eat the local food wherever I go. There is so much good out there and I will try anything once and twice if I don't think I like it at first, just to be sure.

Sausage, Boudin all good here in Louisiana.

Ohhh man.....you cant do this to me.....those sausages, or chorizos, is the same, looks so good my friend......I get hungry right now.....finally you get them ready, very well done Marcos and no doubt, they should taste so good.....I wish to try a couple......We should to send a few Kilos to the States for the forum guys give a try also.......!!!!

I make this post thinking in you, amigo! You name the "salchichas" in another post, and, because this, I put this photos there...
I´m glad you, pals, like this post!
In fact, the time shared with my friend and hunting partners, and the food we make with the boars I shoot down, are the best TROPHY to me!

Looks like a great meal waiting right there. Just finished processing a mule deer and a antelope. We ground about 40 lbs of burger meat. Good job on the shooting. Bruce

Thank´s Bruce! In our processing work this time, we join about 300 lbs of meat!... Big job hahaha... A lot of Sausage to each one!

Chorizos and a good bottle of tinto

Do you have any cull hunts available? 7 days, daily rate plus per animal price?
