This old box was very well made, obviously military use, it has internal steel reinforcing straps, heavy duty steel hinges and hasp and staple. Amazing that they went to all that trouble for probably single use. Last use before rescue was as a fishing worm box, now it will carry essential tools on the back of the series 1 Landy.
