By the late 80's I thought I had collected about everything the Johnson's had written, until my wife and I stopped in Chanute and stumbled into was was the beginnings of this large building on the verge of becoming the museum. I walked away with a few more titles I didn't know about (pre-internet days) when the lady in charge turned me loose up in the attic where they had just been piling books everywhere. Very fun afternoon and memories.
