This popular Coyote -- "Paiute" -- was a part of the original Dayton Museum of Natural History's live animal section. After she died, I contacted the museum and offered my services to preserve this popular gal for posterity.
After delivering her back to the museum, which was covered by one of our local news stations, she stayed in storage for many years ... until recently!
She is now on display as part of a Sonoran Desert Diorama. She is shown in the "night" section of this exhibit.
It is definitely very cool to see my work finally on display for the public to view, and remember.
