This new stock and 3 lever safety was completed a few years ago , I actually forgot about this post and @rnovi comments . i was tinkering about with my 404 and thought I would post on it again. i am located in South Africa and I am not aware of any other CZ550 404’s that came out of the USA...

i think i should revive this old thread of mine , i never posted the pictures of the 3 lever safety and a few years later i had a new stock made . in the coming days i will post new pictures .

416 would be my choice

300 WSM I regret not owning a WSM , I find the short action better when a silencer is added for hunting . From a ballistic point of view between the Win Mag and the WSM there is very little difference.

Excellent post , well done I went through the exercise and settled on the Aimpoint for my 458 Lott , I shoot a lot of 9mm competition and my 9mm‘s mostly use trijicon.

CZ550 are great rifles and are and will be sadly missed in the years to come .

Nice rifle , if you were bringing it to hunt in SA I would seriously consider buy it from you.
