    Harassment From Anti Hunting Group

You still own the copyright to your images even when you post them to social media. You grant Facebook to display, but not others to use. Claim a copyright infringement and see if you can at least get the images taken down. It’s one of the main issues I had with AH watermarking images with...

    Best bolt action .22lr?

I always liked the BRNO Model 1s. Have never had one but handled several when I worked with Duane Wiebe. I helped him with the programming for the bottom metal he made for them. I have a Winchester 69A and it’s Ok in the accuracy department.

    Binos for Africa

Lots of things to consider. 10s are harder to hold still than 8s, lighter are harder to hold still than heavier(generally), heavier more fatiguing than lighter to carry, etc. I have a heavier set of 10 x 42s (old Japanese vortex that are much better than the newer Chinese) that I carried in...

    9.3x62

Yup. The Federal 300gr Trophy Bonded is listed at 2400 fps. My 9.3 shoots a 286 North Fork at 2505 - that gives 3985 fpe at the muzzle.

I met someone from the internet (and didn't get murdered!!)

I knew a guy on another forum only from the convos we had there. We live in the same town. Out of the blue he sent me a message and asked if I was available to go one a once-in-a-lifetime tag moose hunt as his partner had bailed. I thought about it for a bit and said,'sure.' I took a week...

American Standards For Commercially Manufactured Sporting Ammunition

Not a metallurgist... but is it possible some steel jackets could be demagnetized during the swaging/forming phase?

American Standards For Commercially Manufactured Sporting Ammunition

That is really interesting. I know you've only a limited supply, but my curiosity would lead me to pull one of each and section it just to see how different they are.
