My little rural bank tells me they have NEVER sent a wire transfer to Africa. Not reassuring. And $10K in cash, the accepted limit, used to pay for a hunt........probably not anymore. Also, many operators don't take credit cards...and most don't have a US bank you can prepay at. Best of luck...
