Sometimes that doesn’t work too well. I’ve got a BD 14 in .22 Hornet/.308/20 ga. I ordered another one in June 2023 with 9.3 in place of the .308. It STILL does not exist

Wow! I’ve never had a problem between 4 K95 frames and 6 barrels. I would hate to have to try to find a smith for that job. Most are glorified AR part assemblers. That is good information.

K95 gear-I have .22 hornet(sighted), .243 win.(sighted), .270 win octagonal, 308 win, 7x65r ( don’t ask why) and 9.3x74r ( a true ass kicker!) Three wood frames (basic) and one new thumbhole inlayed pro synthetic. R8’s are .22 LR conversion, .300 WM and .375 H&H. BD14 .22 hornet/.308/20ga 3”.

With my K95 (three frames, 6 barrels) I can swap barrels and/or scopes and they are all still dead on for any practical hunting purpose I may encounter here in FL. Same with the R8 barrels. Almost perfect reproducibility.

I have the plain-Jane Blaser BD14 which is “pretty” but the examples I’ve seen in grade 10 furniture and top quality engraving are stunning.

Get a Go Pro Max camera and shoot VR footage in country. This assumes you have a VR headset/adequate computer at home. Better than a dead, empty husk sitting in your study/office, etc.
