I use 270 gr TSX out of my 375. Buffalo, Sable, Water Buck, Kudu, Gemsbok, White Blesbok, Zebra. Totally devastating on all targets. And you gain 200 fps on velocity which gives you same energy as 300 gr, but as much lower recoil.
