Made in the Philippines one inch tube. The only issue is a small nick on one of the turret caps and no factory box or paperwork. $450.00 shipped to US address only. DM if interested.

Is this the same 1-4 monarch 3 (aka: later iteration of the african) that has been touted as indestructible here on the forum? If so, I may have to take a chance! Does it have the German #4 reticle or a bdc reticle?
