In need for recommendations for South African outfitters
I have a few in mind but I wouldn't mind having a couple of suggestions. The ones I have in mind are Stanley Pieterse safaris, Ash adventures, and Marvel Africa hunting safaris.

Lots of them vetted on this site! Look at the sponsor badges/url links on the page.

2 that I can personally highly recommend are @JKO HUNTING SAFARIS and @KMG Hunting Safaris

I've hunted with both and would hunt with again in a heartbeat!

Afrika Barrel and Bow / Marco DuPlessis
A smaller outfit in the Polokwane area. Lots of hunting land, personal service (Generally only one hunting group there at a time) and very good PH for either rifle or bow.

There are some excellent outfitters here that sponsor this site. Use the resources tab or sponsor tab. There is lots of good information on outfitters that have been vetted many times over by AH members

As already mentioned, there are several excellent outfitters here vetted by many forum members. I personally recommend that you take a serious look at Limcroma Safaris. I have hunted with them several times over the years... Hannes Els runs a first-class operation in every way.

Let us know what you want to hunt, do you want individual animals or will a package deal work?

I have only ever hunted in RSA on one occasion. My hunt was with site sponsor @BAYLY SIPPEL SAFARIS and I had a fantastic hunt. Lots of great reports from quite a few site sponsors offering safaris in RSA. Good luck with planning your hunt. Lots of great info and helpful folks here.

If you have any questions about @JKO HUNTING SAFARIS, please let me know.

There are thousands of them. Literally. What type of hunt do you wish for? What would you say is your approximate budget? I've never heard of the three you mention but again there are thousands of them! There is so much info here on AH to help you make a good decision.

I've hunted with JKO Outfitters for years, but check out the outfitters who are sponsors on this website. All are excellent AND vetted. I wouldn't hesitate to go with any of them.

I have hunted 4 times with Eric Visser at Quagga Safaris. First class operation on 57000 acre Manketi Reserve. Beautiful accommodations, great food and excellent game.

What is the draw to South Africa vs other countries? What are you looking to hunt?

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.

I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).

Very interested.

Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?

I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
Ready for the hunt with HTK Safaris
