I have one that is a regular Ruger offering, made before the Lipseys with the 23 inch barrel and it is a very nice shooter. Everything that I have loaded and shot through it has been able to group at MOA. A really terrific rifle.

Regardless of the rifle you choose it would be very difficult to improve on the 270 Win for cartridge choice.
