A little shooting off the sticks tonight at 50yds. This is (2) 3 shot groups using 340gr North Fork SS in the 404Ruger. First 3 shots with Reloder 15 (1 top left and 2 bottom right) and the second 3 shots with MR-2000 (1 top right and and 2 bottom left). Neither horrible but I've shot A LOT...

Used Nosler Custom 210gr ABLR ammo to sight my scope in. Then shot groups with my trusted handload utilizing 180gr Trophy Bonded Tipped bullets for groups. After these (2) three shot groups, that's a total of 11 rounds down the tube. I think this barrel will do quite nicely.

^^^^^^ (Try this). Possibly just a little flex in the press. When you have a case fully sized, ram handle down 100%. Then look at the junction between the shell holder and sizing die base. Bigger cases usually require that extra 1/8 to 1/4 turn to get the "full" length sizing.
