Thee is also a Brno model 1, produced from 1945 to 1954. To make a model 1 from scratch was the journeymans test for Norwegian gunsmiths trained in the army until (at least) the -80s.

Reloading can be dangerous and scary if you don't do it right

QL? It doesn't work-it is a simulation, and mostly a toy for playing while drinking coffee and thinking of stuff. N160 is well known for unburnt powder and soot at reduced charges, it is bulky so a max load requires a very full case (and thats why those chasing max.loads in 6,5x55 are using...

Reloading can be dangerous and scary if you don't do it right

I would say that N160 is good fit, it was actually designed for 6,5x55. The issue her is not the N160 powder, of that I am 100% sure. The best choice of Vithavouri powder for this cartridge and the heavier bullets would be N150

Also her i Norway the 22lr-version of the Sauer 200STR (basically what in US is the SSG3000) is widely used in match shooting. Very precise, but being the same action as the full-caliber version it is a bit big.

Reloading different bullet brands of the same weight with one type of powder

If chasing maximum loads-forget it. For more moderate loads, yes-it can be done. As an example I loaded my 35Whelen with 58grains of N150 with all lead core bullets of 225 and 250grains for close to 20years and a couple of thousands bullets. Brass/copper monometallbullets is a different game...

Reloading can be dangerous and scary if you don't do it right

Something is way off. 82% filling with N160 will not give high pressure. It would have given bad combination and soot. I will post load data in a bit, just need to get to the scanner.

    Is “30-06OR” on 12/70mm x 12/70mm x 30-06OR Simson Drilling the same as common 30-06 Springfield?

I am willing to be this is a gun modified to take a 7x65R case sized and trimmed to make a 30-06R, not very uncommon in Europe. if so-it will still fire standard 30-06 safely. Have a smith check with a set of 30-06 chamber gauges or do a cast.

Guess Trump has managed to do what Soviet/Russia has tried for 75 years, break up NATO. Hopefully USA can come up with better candidates for their next election but the relationship with Europe is probably damaged beyond repair, EU will evolve quickly to a "suoerstare" with a common military.

How long do you age meat?

Never experienced my meat drying out. We skin all deer within short time, so yes-we do get a dry surface. The carcass is cooled down in a shaded, well ventilated place until rigor mortis is over and then transferred to cool, well ventilated room (early in season this will be a refrigerated...

How long do you age meat?

Depends on many things; in general 4 degrees Celsius for10 days. For a "nice" animal (clean shot, nicely gutted within short time, transported in a clean way)-much longer.

    Alaska: Heli hunting on Brownbears

Not sure if all is reading the full story? An agreement was made on how to solve this. Seller do not want to honor this agreement. Anything before this is of zero interest. But good to know that so many of us is ok with beeing lied to and loosing 500 bucks.

I don't bring this up lightly...

I disagree. Photos and condition of the gun do not matter here. Seller agreed to take the gun and the reloading stuff back and refund the cost. A man not keeping his promise is not honest.
  48. G

I don't bring this up lightly...

Gun was sold described as "perfect" using old pictures. Seller promised to refund cost of the gun and shipping both ways; and the same for the reloading supplies. So why not just do the right thing and pay?
