    The 375 H&H, the greatest

Hahahah yes I know odd for me to feel that way, but it’s honestly liberating to feel like after all the years and all the guns I literally found The One for me I still like my other guns too,

    The 375 H&H, the greatest

I went out and did some shooting with my Ruger No1 in 375h&h and I would say that it’s really in my opinion the greatest hunting rifle cartridge combo I’ve ever had. I have played with many different rifles and have hunted and killed plenty of game mostly deer and elk and coyotes. What I felt...

Hello Men My question on this is how come at certain times of the the evening or in the night I come in here to the forum and it’s completely in Chinese or some language like it? I have seen this numerous times and I can’t read any of it and why would this forum be used that way? I’m curious...

    .375 H&H 300 gr Hornady interlock

Thank you all for the input I figured they would be well suited, I don’t think separation will be an issue with these as it’s not high velocity, Hornady has always been a reputable maker.

    .375 H&H 300 gr Hornady interlock

Hello all Just wondering about these bullets and if anyone has used them for game? I picked up a couple boxes and they will be shot from a Ruger No1. Deer elk and bear will be the quarry, I am just curious of the performance and how did they do on bigger stuff and are they ever used in Africa...

.458 Lott too much for North American Big game?

I had a Lott in a cz550 but I traded it because I need more range really than it’s able, for everything tho it will do it. Prolly 200 yards maybe 250 max but it’s a big hole. I like 375 H&H suits me better hits hard and can carry out there deer elk bear and Africa can be gotten with the tried...

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

Thanks hoytcanon I plan to do that I realized it’s more versatile To me and would be hard to obtain again if I wanted it later down the road. Really with bullets offered today it changes the abilities from just a big game stopper to shooting further out, thanks

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

I think with maybe some lighter bullets say a good Barnes or really anything that will open up and being 300-400 gr the trajectory wouldn’t be bad honestly a guy can learn to shoot any of them, running 500 grain bullets can learn the trajectory it’s just now if your too slow will they open up? I...

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

I’m so thankful for information like this, I have decided to keep my Lott. I can’t bring myself to part with the rifle especially for a potentially lesser gun albeit the 375 is able and capable. I already have the Lott it’s shootable and to me is not unpleasant rather surprisingly, the recoil...

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

I’m really thinking to keep the rifle and be satisfied as is. Sometimes the itch to get a new toy arises and utilizing the value in one toy to get other toys is how it is done, I’ve contemplated in trading the cz but have leaned more to keeping it. It is unique to me that it’s the biggest rifle...

  33. WoodencrossIII

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

This was interesting and that’s pretty awesome accuracy for the 375. I know that really a 375 would probably be better suited to me, just thinking it over, thanks for the reply
  34. WoodencrossIII

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

Ultimately I have the opportunity to trade my cz550 458 for a Ruger NO1 in 375 H&H, i think the 375 would be more versatile for me but it would really just remain as a big thumper the same as the Lott and I like bolt guns much more kinda a conundrum
  35. WoodencrossIII

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

In regards to the what I’d be hunting with it I would really be going after whitetail and maybe elk down the road, I know that they both would work but truly I bought the rifle with an itch for something different and cool I really should try to find it a better home sometime and utilize the...

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

That’s my thoughts I got the 458 because of the neat big cartridge appeal but after having it I felt like I should have gotten something more like a 375 or a 416 or 404 something more flatter shooting.

    375 H&H or 458 Lott

Greetings Gentlemen I have a question for anyone who can answer. I currently have a CZ550 Safari Magnum it’s chambered in 45 Lott. I am wondering if I’d be bettering myself by getting a Ruger number 1 in 375 H&H? My style of hunting is probably more suited for a more distant shooting rifle than...

    Interarms 7x57 mannlicher

I’m curious to know about this little rifle I found at a local gun shop it’s a Interarms 7x57 with a mannlicher stock. Has a decent little scope in it and it’s listed for 950$ US, as that’s where I’m located. Would this be a good rifle? I didn’t bother to look at the model but just the maker...

Interarms Mark X 7mm rem mag

Thank you for the info, the Interarms I looked at is a later model with the floor plate button on the outside, I am leaning a lot towards the BSA, it seems to be a very neat rifle I’m going to look at it possibly today, also have in mind an older savage model 110 also in 7mm rem mag. It’s a...
