Nicer firearms by definition are a niche market. Over the longterm they’ll retain more value and are probably less susceptible to politics but short term a Glock or a run of the mill AR is usually going to be a quicker sale.

I love the romance and simplicity of just drawing back and flinging arrows at a target with a longbow or a recurve. It’s never been something that I’ve had the commitment to practice as much as need to be really proficient at.
