Depends on the shooter my plains game shots have been between 60 yards and 380 yards all with a .300 win mag shooting a 200 grain terminal ascent round. It’s a limiting factor but doable for sure

I hunted a few days for dove and waterfowl ended up killing around 10 bird species absolute blast

I have a really nice pedestal Kudu mount in my dining room takes up a large wall , the eland was one that i agree will need to be a Euro, I was torn on the black wildebeest, I have both a euro and a shoulder mount of the blue I really like both of them like they say poor man’s buffalo

This will be my second trip and the first trip I did All shoulder mounts other than my second blue wildebeest I did a rug and euro, takes up a lot of space but I do like looking at them all
