These are amazing opportunities when foot hunting during the rut, to have a Bull Tahr walk up to challenge you in his area in a once in a lifetime experience for any hunter.

Like a hill stick out in the mountains to have a good hunting dog to find game can make all the difference at times especially on Tahr & Chamois.

We get alot of couples coming down to hunt, something that we enjoy doing is taking hunters out on types of hunts they've never experienced before. Novella & Teddy from Texas had this chance while hunting a few animals doing a Tahr hunt in the mountains, Novella was after a Tahr.

Mid April and after a very good mountain hunt this Canadian rancher was able to take a very old Bull Tahr on foot, private free range land coming in 13.5 inches of horn and 9 years old this Bull tahr had extremely heavy bases.
