16 ga availability in South Africa or Namibia?

I am interested in a very mixed bag safari, some bird shooting in addition to the usual plains game and also buffalo is on my list. I plan to bring my .375 for the big stuff, but for the low pressure days and just tooling around I thought I'd bring my Krieghoff drilling in 16x16/7x57R. It is a good bird gun and capable for plains game with the QD scope attached. But the 16 ga is dying out in North America, wondering about the availability of ammo in Africa? Is it strictly 12 and 20 ga territory or can the 16 ga cartridges be supplied by most outfitters?

As l understand it , 10 gauge , 16 gauge and 3.5 inch 12 gauges aren't usually easily to find in Africa
