This is an unused custom Mountain Mold, two cavity.

Boolit is 400gr with a 72% meplat (i.e. wide flat nose) for great energy transfer. Mold said by maker to drop boolits at .424 to .4245 depending on alloy.

Mold uses standard Lee handles for their 6 cavity blocks (not included).

I am in to this mold for $105. Will sell for $75 delivered CONUS.

Thanks for looking!

Tim

Right side looks darker because of shadow from sprue plate. Mold is new, not even cleaned/prepped.

Mold no longer unused.

I cleaned it and cast a couple dozen bullets with it last weekend.

Ran them through my .417 sizer. Ok so far...

Went to establish max OAL with this bullet and it turns out the nose is fat enough that the bullet has to be seated past the crimp groove to work through my 416.

So, this mold is only usable for the intended caliber, 404 Jeffery. Won't work for the 416.

As such, I am dropping the price to $60 shipped, CONUS.
