AHR Custom CZ 550 American Safari Magnum 458 Lott Barrel cut and recrowned to 24" number 2 upgrade but with the factory trigger and safety cleaned up and tuned by wayne. I liked the set trigger and chose to keep it and the factory trigger is a good reliable trigger. Rifle is in a brown with black spiderweb Bell and Carlson stock and bedded by wayne and all work and metal work guncote finished by Wayne back when he was doing the work still for AHR. This is my ultimate DGR gun! I do not need to sell it and am only willing to sell it if I get the price that I want for it. I have not fired this rifle since getting it back from AHR. Wayne did test function and set the open sights for 50 yards. You can not get these rifles any longer and wayne does not do the work anymore. I know what I have and I will not be able to replace it. Leupold steel high rings and a Burris RT6 1-6 SCOPE.

NEW PRICING $4000 RIFLE ONLY
NEW PRICING $4500 RIFLE WITH SCOPE AND RINGS

Also for anyone not knowing what this is here is a link to the company who AHR recommends for the same upgrade packages wayne at AHR used to do
https://www.matrixgunsmithing.com/cz-model-70-upgrades

Click on upgrade 2 and see what it costs. I have to me a lot of money invested in this Rifle. More than what it is selling for actually. The rifle cost me 1500, stock cost 335, rings cost 80 iirc, about 300 for the scope, then add the upgrade cost! So again my prices are firm! Low ballers or anyone looking for a steal don't bother. I have always priced fairly or better than fairly anything I have sold here, this is simply a $5000+ rifle yes there are less expensive rifles as well as more expensive ones it simply is what it is and anyone who is familiar with these AHR rifles knows what this is and that the pricing is fair.

Bump. $4700 doesn't seem too bad for an AHR upgraded CZ. The CZ 550 is selling for $2500 or more on GB, that's without the upgrade too.

Do you have a picture of the slip from AHR? The reason I’m asking is because I had a #2 upgrade done on mine and the wing style 3-position safety was part of it, along with the trigger. A #3 upgrade was a #2 plus Wayne put his own timber stock on it. I’ve not seen a #3 that didn’t have the safety and wood upgrade.

I just tried to call wayne at ahr to see if he could check and confirm what I got but I did not reach him I am going to call again and try to get into contact with him. I do not think I saved a reciept and this was done a few years ago I could very well be incorrect I just looked up the packages and this is VERY likely a #2 UPGRADE as I supplied the bell and carlson stock for bedding it is not a high grade wood or ahr's own fiberglass stock. As for the safety and trigger I specifically requested keeping that factory he cleaned it up and set it at approximately 3.5 pounds per my request

trying to figure out how to get in touch with admin on here to fix this post i believe it is in fact a number 2 upgrade he did

@Rocco490 just made the changes for you.

I have had 3 rifles done with wayne at AHR one was a 500 A Square another a 460 Weatherby and this one a 458 Lott which was my favorite.

NEW PRICING $4500 RIFLE WITH SCOPE AND RINGS
CORRECTED PRICES FOR MY RIFLE BEING A NUMBER 2 UPGRADE AHR CZ 550

As soon as I can get in contact with ahr will get email reciept if possible from him and post it

A number 2 upgrade is not depicted in those photos. That would include the 3 position safety as well as Wayne’s trigger (which sits further back in the trigger guard). It does appear to have had the sights and barrel band swivel added, as well as the bolt handle filled and straightened.

Yes it is exactly a number 2 other than (which is very clearly stated in my posts) it maintains the factory trigger and safety as I specifically requested that to be cleaned up and set to 3.5 pounds as I happen to like the oem trigger in them and its set trigger feature. Also not included in the number 2 but this rifle has it is bedded in a bell and carlson stock as I supplied. That stock is superior to the factory wood stock. Its stronger more durable and stable and very weather resistant. This is a nice rifle and a great setup. I was able to speak with wayne about 20 min ago and he is going to email me the reciept for work performed when he gets a chance which I will post on here. If anyone does not like my choice of trigger that's fine do not buy it. I paid for an AHR upgrade and got it exactly as I specified. He does excellent work and they are excellent rifles

Buy with confidence from @Rocco490 . I also had custom work from AHR done on a package but kept the factory trigger but cleaned up and the safety. Cut, crown, new sights, bolt handle, bedding, finish. Wayne was great for customizing the package as you wanted.
