I am a little late posting this, but as I am getting closer to my second trip with Limcroma (this April) I was going through my pictures and relishing over the memories and thought I would share my experience.
I have hunted all over the US for varying game and what I can say is Limcroma was much better than any 5 star lodge I ever hunted at in the states. The food, hospitality, professionalism, and rooms were second to none. Hannes is one of the nicest, most genuine men I have ever had the privilege to meet. He explained to me everything to expect and I was 100% prepared for my first Safari. My PH was Janlou and he was amazing. We laughed, hunted hard, and ultimately had a great time together.
On this trip I had the opportunity to take a Kudu (my dream animal since I first saw one on the Discovery Channel), Gemsbok, Impala, Blesbok, and a jackal. The stalking and crawling to get shot opportunities on these animals was simply put....Amazing. I was hooked from the time I stepped foot into the bush. The quality of animals seen and take on this hunt was awesome. I am looking forward to my trip this year and will try to do bettter with day to day updates. This year I will be going after Eland, Nyala, Bushbuck, Sable, and Warthog. I wanted to finish my spiral slam this year and kill a sable. I think in 2025 I am going to kill a couple plains game animals and go after a Cape Buffalo.
Hunting with Limcroma is amazing. The properties are managed well and there are some giants to be taken there. I do not have any comparison when it comes to outfitters in Africa, but I honestly do not know how it could get any better. I will hunt with Limcroma every year I am able to for the foreseeable future and promise to do a better job of posting up some pics.
