Anybody going to the Bismarck Tribune Sports Show this weekend?

If you're like me, you've never heard of it.

Well, my oldest daughter, Katie, has a some really good friends in South Africa and one of them is a PH and owns his own safari outfit, Senatla Hunting Safaris. His name is Raymond Fuchs and his property is west of Kruger.

Apparently he had already booked a booth at this show and due to his wife about to have their baby, he can't make it, so he asked Katie if she'd go up and man the booth for him. She said 'sure' so she's on her way tonight from Dallas.

She's very familiar with his operation and property, so she has a pretty good grasp of his operation, but it will be interesting to hear how it goes once it's over.

If anyone is planning on going and you pass by the booth, please tell her hello for me.

Been to the Bismarck show numerous times in the past but not in the past year. Family will be there, will pass on the info.

Chopped up the whole thing as I kept hitting the 240 character limit...
Found out the trigger word in the end... It was muzzle or velocity. dropped them and it posted.:)

2,822fps, ES 8.2
This compares favorably to 7 Rem Mag. with less powder & recoil.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR MY RIFLE, ALWAYS APPROACH A NEW LOAD CAUTIOUSLY!!*
Rifle is a Pierce long action, 32" 1:8.5 twist Swan{Au} barrel
{You will want a 1:8.5 to run the heavies but can get away with a 1:9}
Peterson .280AI brass, CCI 200 primers, 56.5gr of 4831SC, 184gr Berger Hybrid.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.
