I have used Lilja blanks on several custom rifles in several calibers. I am interested in getting a Lilija blank for my Blaser. I am told that Lilija cuts the shank for the bolt and the gunsmith will have to cut the chamber for the caliber.
Does Lilija cut the locking recess behind the chamber? What all needs to be done? Will scope mountings points still need to be cut?
Has anybody tried to have a Blaser barrel blank from Lilija built for a Blaser R8?
