Buffalo Tramples Car in Apparent Road Rage Incident

Try explaining that to your insurance company:cry:!

Our hunting club received an enquiry from an insurance company recently demanding we report if any hunts have taken place on our lease because someone hit a deer on the road and they assume it is our fault for making it run on the road. This is in a very densely populated area, roughly 155 people per 1sq km, with people walking, running and cycling in the forests, farmers working their land etc.

unless said insurance company has the legal authority to make such demands.. I believe my response would be to send them a photo of my naked butt and tell them to kiss it..

They will try or do anything to get someone else to pay

Pray tell how they propose to keep deer from running across the road.

I read where in PA more deer are killed every year from vehicles than hunters.
In Africa it might be more cars are killed by buffalo than buffalo killed by hunters:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:!

Exactly!
I once had an insurance company notify me that they wanted $2500 for repairing their clients paint job,Cadillac, because I supposedly threw up something from the road with my truck. I told them where to shove it and not to bother me again.
