They’ve gotten dang expensive. If you’re fast you may snag one for $14/1500. I got mine that way. Normally looking at 2000/2500 and possibly up.
I like mine. Smooth, shoots good and feeds well. I am exceptionally glad I snagged mine and it would be the last big bore I would keep of my .375s, 416 and 458s.
I bought a similar NIB 416 Rigby from Krish and this a very fair price. Krish was a pleasure to do business with and a fine gentleman. Hope you are doing well my friend. GLWS.
Yes, I have one and am pleased with it. IMO they will only increase in value as the CZ 550 is no longer being produced.
Yes, Krish had a least one for sale a few months back and he has excellent comments from fellow members as a great guy to do business with. Contact him.
I have a few in DG calibers. My 416 Rigby has served me very well over the years in Africa. The previous owner had a lot of modifications done to it like recoil rod in the stock and a muzzle break. Kicks like a 300 WM now. If you can find one with a nice stock and a barrel band, jump on it.
Yes. A good maker and great caliber. I suggest having the safety changed to be more like a Model 70. It is a bit rough feeding but can be honed. I have used one off and on on several trips. No flies on it. it is like the Ruger RSM in .416 Rigby. If Winchester made a .416 Rigby, I would tell you that is the one to buy.
If you have some extra cash, check out the .416 Rigby's that Matt Roberts (MNR Custom Guns) has for sale. He has some dandies......
