My wife bought me this book for my birthday this past week. Something for everyone even including you Aussies! Lots of stuff to inspire dreams and ignite memories. Heavy and magnificent use of High quality, professional photos throughout. The writing is good, I’m pretty neutral as far as Mr. Dorsey goes but the book and accompanying dvd set (yes two disc set) moves him up a notch in my book.
Not sure why “giant” sized books are a thing right now but this is a weighty coffee table size book. I only struggle with that concept in that I end up displaying someone else’s trophy book on my desk or table rather than my own. This works for me as I get lots of customers visiting and spending time in the taxidermy basement and these type books get lots of attention.-
Overall I enjoyed it very much and am grateful for the gift, she’ll be mad about it later when I spend time with it and not her!
