After my hunt this last May I saw some inner horns from a Kudu that had been polished and thought that they looked very unique. So I had my taxidermist in South Africa polish mine. Now I need to figure out a great way to display them.
When I first saw some of them the owner just had them laying on a bookshelf and while that is a nice way to display them I would like to figure out a unique way of doing it. So far I have though about building a small box that I can stand each one upright in and then mounting them on the wall next to the kudu mount when It comes home. I have also thought about standing them next to each other in a small box where they mirror what they would look like while still on the kudu.
So my question for those of you that have done this is how did you display them, I'm open to all ideas.
Thanks.
