This Warthogs fate was sealed, weather in or out of the water....

Puts a new spin on "Between a Rock and Hard spot!"

I had to be a big one too...damn!

What a great video, the croc stalking and the dogs waiting for the hog to bolt from the croc, nothing worse than being prey between two predators. I have a sense that the death by croc was quicker than the death by wild dogs would have been.

Talk about a conundrum.. Sheesh.. Great footage, thanks for sharing. I would definitely choose death by croc before wild dogs. At least the croc would drown me first. Hopefully. Suppose that's why the WH chose to stay in the water.
May I copy this and post it on my FB page? This is incredible. Africa is a tough woman.

Many thanks again,
Jane

+1
Better drown than eaten alive by wild dogs. Those dogs are the best and most brutal hunters in nature!

Oh Yeah, this fellow was screwed no matter where he went. Agree with svinejakt, think I'd rather drown than be eaten alive, bite by bite.

So the next time you *THINK* you are having a bad day I would suggest playing this video.

Wow! Talk about a textbook definition of "Damned if you do, damned if you don't"! Very cool footage!

What a great way to kick off our 2025 hunting season in South Africa.

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.

Do you have any more copies of African Dangerous Game Cartridges, Author: Pierre van der Walt ? I'm looking for one. Thanks for any information, John [redacted]
