Have a blued/walnut m77 tanger marked "280 Rem or 7mm Exp Rem." Wood is in like new shape with one small impression on right side. Action very smooth. Bluing almost perfect. Only marks I see are on the guard. I haven't fired it but down the barrel looks good. Comes with rings.

I know it's sold, but I have a question about the rifle. Is the recoil pad factory?

The pad and spacers are custom (predate me) but the stock has not been cut.

As far as I know, the 77s of that era all had recoil pads that resembled the attached photograph.
