I buy my subscription for every trip. Thankfully never needed them. But would be intrigued to hear about the experiences of anyone who has. Where were you. How quickly did they arrive. What was the stabilisation care like etc. Of course, you may not remember…..

My firm has used GR for years. I can only recall one time we had to use them for an extraction. We had a guy get injured in South Sudan that needed to get to better medical facilities (I think this was around mid 2014). They responded quickly to our request for assistance and had our guy on a bird to Nairobi within about 8 hours and then headed to Germany a few hours after that. He was escorted by GR's medical personnel from the time he was picked up until the point that he was handed off to the hospital team in Germany. The medics that met him in Juba treated him to the point that he was able to fly and helped to make him as comfortable as possible during all of the transitions. They did an outstanding job.

For what its worth, I've used a number of different companies over the past 20+ years that do similar work and have had to get people out of everywhere from Iraq during the height of the conflict to Haiti just after the 2010 earthquake to the incident I just described in South Sudan.. None of them have disappointed me (Ive had positive experiences with all).. but GR has consistently been the most responsive, best priced, etc. option for us for the sort of work we do, places we work, etc.. (defense sector, largely working in semi-permissive environments, conflict zones, or extremely austere locations like post earthquake Haiti or mid civil war South Sudan)..
