Going to Arizona

If that half year was the one getting started now, would feel like years with or without the economist!

No doubt. Our 6 month furnace is about to be turned on.

Something to help you cool off. A nice spring shower.

Snow in April. No thanks!

Charlie, I live south of Brickburn, and we've had snow in May. A number of years ago I was running a project that had an Architectural Engineering firm from Oklahoma working on it. One day their Project Manager announced in a loud but dejected voice "Michigan, 10 months of Winter and two months of tuff sledding!" Everyone laughed, but nobody challenged the statement.

The North country can be unpredictable. In 2011 when I was in Montana working for the Summer, we had snow in late June. I was flyfishing a creek in a good snowfall. The fishing was sick. One good rainbow after another. A spawning run up the creek, and the fish were stacked in there like cordwood. Have seen snow flurries in July inside Yelliwstone park.

Damn guys the white stuff just makes me want to go back to bed!

I like snow.
It's blazing heat, 80+% humidity, small / hard to see poisonous critters, roaring wind, and massive crowds of people that I cannot abide.
In other words, Sacramento.

Have seen snow every month of the year in my 64 years in Wyoming, but its been worth it ,

Oh Velo,
we are dreaming here from California.
Cruel things must be happened in Sacramento

a friend from Canada wrote these days ,that in Labrador they had 60 days ice rain this year ; non stop !!
