Currently I'm a Free State cattle rancher, with a love for fine guns and up-close hunting.

I worked as a PH in the 1990's and early 2000's, but then exciting opportunities swept me away to mainly work in countries with "under-developed tourist industries" e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Sudan etc.

In addition to ranching, I own Penetration and Research Services, a business intelligence consultancy.
