Namibia, Canada,
Any recommendations for books that are useful for hunting in Africa? I know there are many great adventure books and I have quite a few of those already but what about great info/reference books that you can go back to time and again when needed. What books should any self-respecting African hunter have on their shelf?

I like Safari Rifles II by Boddington and African Dangerous Game Cartridges by Pierre van der Walt. They both give a lot of good info on rifle calibers and ballistics. But what do I know, I a gun nut.....

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
