Hello there, my name is Andreas and i am 46yrs young, i am austrian citizen and running an automotive company in Austria and Hungary with almost 40 employees. My first contact with my beloved continent was back in 2004 when i got the once-in-a-lifetime-opportunity to visit my friends of mine on their farm in Namibia. Since then i was travelling back and forth for 9 years, started to hunt and learn everything about hunting, nature and showing my respect to our environment. I felt in neverending love with this land, enjoyed every second in the bush and every evening i couldn' wait to get up the next morning being back in bush the whole day. In my mind i never left Africa and my heart is still there. After 9 years of hunting and farm and wildlife & lifestock management i had a break in my hunting life for some years, starting again 5 years ago in hungary. Last year i was able to to get my hunting license in hungary and purchased my RPR .308, my caliber in africa has always been .300.
I've learned so much for life in Africa and will be grateful for the rest of my life. I can't imagine not going back to Africa for good some day, so for the moment i am happy that ive registered on your website and will explore it.

Happy new year to everybody.

Hello AM77,

Khomas Highland Hunting Safaris of Namibia, welcomes you to the greatest forum on earth.

You have the same love for Africa as most of us here in this forum.

It is a very special place and life is short so, yourself and the rest of us here are doing the right thing by visiting Africa as many times as we can afford.

Best Regards,
Velo Dog.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
To much to political shit, to little Africa :-)
