Looking forward to learning from those who have been there before…thanks for adding me to the group!
Welcome to the group. Lot of great folks here. The only bad question you have is the one you don't ask.

Greetings LouMain,

Khomas Highland Hunting Safaris of Namibia, welcomes you to the greatest forum on earth.

When you have a spare moment, take a look into our Khomas Safaris web site.

Also, when you’re ready to go for that first African hunting trip, no matter who you end up booking with, I will be happy to answer any questions that you might have, about what to bring and what not to bring.
This especially pertains to rifles, sighting arrangements, ammunition, clothing, footwear, binoculars and so forth.
Likewise, there are many here with more wisdom than myself and most are ready to help you sort out your first Safari to Africa.

Best Regards,
Velo Dog.

Welcome to AH Lou, you will find lots of people willing to help here.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
