Last year I purchased a wonderful 375 H&H on Gunbroker. It is a highly customized Interarms Whitworth Mark X Mauser in 375 H&H, 20 inch threaded barrel, express 3 leaf iron sights. Model 70 style 3 position safety, barrel sling band, highly jeweled bolt and bolt release, custom ceracoated barrel (Douglas?), recoil pad screw holes are plugged and in a black composite stock. All in all a truly wonderful rifle and shoots great. The person I bought it from had no knowledge of the history nor what gunsmith did the work. I have reason to believe the gunsmith was possibly English or at least European as the threaded muzzle is a metric thread. Anyway, I have attached pictures in hopes that someone might recognize the rifle and be able to give me a little history or at least identify the gunsmith who may have done the work.

This rifle will be going to Alaska with me in 24 on a Brown Bear Hunt.

TIA,

Jimbeaux

I suggest that you Google Interarms. Quite an interesting story. Compares well with Bannerman.
