Heym 88B 450/400 Double Rifle

Where would the best place to post a Heym 88B 450/400 Double Rifle for sale? I am going to part with the one I have for now. It is in exceptional shape and I believe only 2-3 years old. Comes with a Trijicon RMR mounted but can easily be removed. Comes with case. I have plenty of ammo I can work in with someone if interested. I know there is a pretty long wait on these right now if ordering new. I'm going to ask $24,000.00 for it. People have been understandably shy about buying from new members because of the amount of scams that have been perpetrated by new members to the forum.

I see your in Oklahoma, I'm in southern Oklahoma currently close to the Choctaw Casino but if you are closer to any of the other members in the state it would squash lots of the suspicions if you let an active and long time member meet you/see the gun in person.

Totally understand. I own a gun store in SW Oklahoma, Lawton to be exact. Valor Defense Depot. I am retired Law Enforcement and a current County Commissioner. Anyone can google my name and see plenty of news articles on me if they have any questions. I also bought this from Jerry at JD Outfitters so he would vouch for me if anyone needs to check. This is a personal gun of mine and not a store or commercial sale just fyi.

Hey thanks for the questions and I would be happy to. I read hear often just don't post a lot. I own Valor Defense Depot in Lawton, OK. I am a retired LE officer and current County Commissioner. I own several other businesses and enjoy the outdoors. I grew up hunting and it's the one passion I have that I spend all my free time doing. I recently started to travel outside of the US for hunting. I have been to Africa once. I have a second trip booked for November this year. I scheduled Spain for 2026. I own exotic wildlife here in Oklahoma, currently Gemsbok and Zebra. Have had Arabian Oryx, Aoudad, Sable, and a few others but sold them and sticking with these for right now. I really appreciate everyone here for helping with information instead of being keyboard warriors and just beating me up, haha. I am happy to help anyone with anything I can or answer any other questions. I own a store so I see the scams daily. I also worked white collar crime as a detective when I was at the PD 4 years ago so I understand those who want to be cautious. Hope this helps.

I bought the gun through Jerry at JD Outfitters last year so I would likely go back with Jerry if I need to go that route. He has been great to deal with on the several guns I have got through him. I also own a brick and mortar store in Lawton, OK. I appreciate the feedback, Ive heard great things about Champlins as well.

You need a lot of detail to sell a double rifle. You're asking a lot, so a potential buyer is going to expect everything to be exactly as they would want it if they ordered it bespoke themself. You're entitled to half of what you're asking with the vague description you've provided. Yes, your ad copy and hard facts might double the gun's value.

Does it have selectable ejector/extractor switch?
Does it include a case and if so, what kind?

Does it include a 3 business day inspection period? Firing or non-firing inspection?

Will you accept an intermediary to escrow the funds, or do you want prepayment?

Thou shalt have exacting, precise details and all facts when you ask >$20,000 for a firearm of any sort.
