They're amazing pictures for sure. The best is some of the comments at the bottom. Where do some of these people come from? :loco:

I gotta hand it to the lion, that's a hard earned meal!

Great moments captured! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing it shows the facts of life in the wild.

Incredible series. Some very hungry lions.
Seeing the Elephant specialists and now some Hippo "specialists".
Adaptive beasts.

Thanks for the link.

Thats life... Nature is hard, but still it fascinating. As a (former) sheepfarmer I am used to see cruel scenes. Makes me sort of a predator hater, but still seems to intrigue me in a strange way. I cant really image my self shooting a lion, because I dont have any real wish to do so, but I can see my self shooting a lot of wolf. Understand if you can....Maybe its the sheep farmer emerging...lol

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
