SWEEPSTAKES INCLUDES:

- This hunt can be done either with a rifle or bow

- 8 day hunt with AFRICA SUN SAFARIS with 8 full hunting days/9 nights
- Government value added tax of 15% on daily rates
- Trophy fee for ONE Cape Buffalo bull, ONE Sable, ONE Kudu and ONE Nyala (no trophy size limit and animals/species are transferable between hunters)
- Accommodations within the AFRICA SUN SAFARIS hunting area during your safari with us
- All meals
- Soft drinks with local beer and wine in moderation

- Services of a licensed professional hunter, tracker and ground staff

- International and domestic airfare
- Accommodations prior to and after the safari
- Any transport outside of hunting property that is not already included

- CITES permits if applicable
- Taxidermy work
- Packing, dipping and shipping of trophies to final destination
- Rifle hire and ammunition
- Gratuities

SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATION
- Maximum of 240 Sweepstakes tickets to be sold
- US$100 per Sweepstakes ticket
- Minimum of 200 Sweepstakes tickets need to be sold for the Sweepstakes to take place and hunt awarded. If we are close to the minimum number of tickets sold we may at our discretion extend the Sweepstakes ticket purchase period for a short time. All prizes will be awarded, assuming sufficient entries.
- No limit on the number of Sweepstakes tickets that one person can purchase.
- If less than 200 Sweepstakes tickets are sold, a refund for the Sweepstakes tickets purchased will be issued less any applicable fees from PayPal.
- Preferred method of payment is PayPal.

- Once you have purchased your Sweepstakes ticket(s), confirm your purchase with @AFRICA SUN SAFARIS by posting "TICKET(s) PURCHASED" as your entry below in this thread.
- Once funds are confirmed to have been received @AFRICA SUN SAFARIS will then assign you a Sweepstakes ticket number from 100 to 340 by posting your number below in this thread. Numbers will be assigned in consecutive order and no special number requests will be accommodated.
- This Sweepstakes begins on or about May 6, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. at midnight Central Standard Time on June 8, 2020 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes ticket must be purchased during Sweepstakes Period and all entries, regardless of method, must be received by AFRICA SUN SAFARIS by 11:59 pm June 8, 2020 ("Entry Deadline").[*]Entrant assumes risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of entries, and is solely responsible for postage due, illegible or incomplete entries. [*]Drawing: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. You do not need to be present to win.
[*]At the end of the Sweepstakes by random drawing one number will be randomly selected and awarded @AFRICA SUN SAFARIS Sweepstakes prize. The website RANDOM.ORG, a true random number generator, will be used by moderator @AfricaHunting.com and a witness to randomly draw the winner's number from amongst the Sweepstakes ticket numbers.

SWEEPSTAKES RULES:
- No purchase or donation necessary to enter. A purchase or donation will not improve your chances of winning.
- Winner must comply with all applicable local, state, federal and provincial regulations. Hunt prize will not be awarded in any state or province where such prize is prohibited by law. If winner resides in any such state or province, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Eligibility. Employees, individuals or entities involved in the implementation or execution of this Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. This Sweepstakes is conducted in South Africa and is governed by applicable South African law.
- Sweepstakes winner's failure to see announcement or receive notices due to any reasons including to but not limited to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information is not the responsibility of AfricaHunting.com or @AFRICA SUN SAFARIS. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within twenty-one (21) days from the time announcement was posted, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Any prize unclaimed after twenty-one (21) days from the date of notice of the winner in this thread will not be awarded to the original winner.
- Prize will be made available only to the identified and verified winner.
- The hunt has to be taken in 2020 or 2021 with dates to be decided and agreed upon between Sweepstakes winner and @AFRICA SUN SAFARIS.
- This is a 2x1 hunt, should the hunters want to hunt on a 1x1 basis with each their own professional hunter a daily rate surcharge will apply.
- Days are non-transferable between the hunter and observer and may not be combined. Prize is to be redeemed at one time. Any included animal in the prize can not be substituted for any other animal or used as credit for any other animal. Any wounded game which is not recovered is considered as hunted. Any included animal in the prize not taken for any reason is not the responsibility of @AFRICA SUN SAFARIS and AfricaHunting.com and is not redeemable.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and no substitute prize will be offered.
- All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes winner by acceptance of the prize agrees that @AFRICA SUN SAFARIS and AfricaHunting.com or those acting under its authority have the right to use, print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time(s), the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review.

The Main Camp
The main camp is situated at Luara Wildlife. Overnight camp consists of a group of luxury tents with bedding and linen provided as well as an en-suite bathroom. They are joined by wooden walkways that lead to the braai (BBQ) area and to the lounge and kitchen facilities that overlooks the dam
Luara Wildlife is located at the heart of Limpopo in Thabazimbi, only 10 minutes from Marakele National Park.
Included with your stay
• The Luxury Tents are fully equipped with outside shower facilities, air-conditioning, coffee & tea station and an electric blanket.
• The camp offers: Swimming pool, wooden deck overlooking the dam where breakfast, lunch and dinner is to be served.
