last night I got my fishing equipment all ready to go this morning and got up a 5:00 am to put it in the car and found this when I went out unto the porch.

yes, but the ice on the lakes and streams is all gone or not safe to be on.

Was out fishing on Saturday. Ice is still 4 feet thick here.
 
It is a lovely bright green in South Texas. The wheat has headed and the corn is well up. Oaks are greened up and only the pecans have to fully leaf out yet. Already mowed pastures twice. Just saying.
