The newer american owners of John Rigby and Co have sold the company to Blaser , who also own Mauser and JP Sauer. they are moving the Rigby operation back to london with a workshop and showroom. Blaser is also constructing a new factory for Mauser, and will be manufacturing the Mauser 98 action and will supply Rigbys with barreled actions, so it has gone full circle from when Rigbys were the original uk agents for mauser. Marc Newton who used to work for Paul Roberts has moved to Rigbys, and has been appointed director and will be running the operation. they have acquired the historical company records as well as company memorabilia from the last two centuries . so should be worth a visit when they are up and running.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
