INCLUDED IN PACKAGE PRICE:

  • Services of a licensed Professional Hunter (PH)
  • Accommodation, meals & drinks for hunting days
  • Hunting vehicles, skinners & trackers
  • Hunting permits
  • Preparation of trophies and delivery of trophies to local taxidermist
  • Daily laundry
  • 15% VAT on daily rates
  • Airport pick-up and drop-off.
  • Arrival and departure day.
EXCLUDED IN PACKAGE PRICE:

  • Flights to and from Windhoek International Airport, Namibia, including airport taxes
  • Taxidermist, packing and shipping fees of trophies
  • Rifle hire
  • Gratuities to PH's, skinners, trackers and camp staff
  • International phone calls and faxes
  • Trophy fees for game wounded or lost
  • Accommodation expenses before & after the trophy hunting period
  • Sightseeing excursions/trips other than on the game ranch
  • Insurance and medical expenses of any kind.


CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancellations must be in writing and are valid from the date of receipt thereof
  • Non-refundable deposit if booking is cancelled 12 months before arrival
  • 50% refund of deposit if booking is cancelled 12-16 months before arrival
  • Cancellations are accepted if it is more than 12 months prior to start of hunting safari for deposit will be refunded on condition that the hunting safari is re-booked
  • 15% administration fee charged for cancellation
  • No cancellation fees are payable if a replacement client is booked
  • No cancellation fees are payable if a hunt is deferred by one calendar year
  • Re-booked hunt will be subject to new price structure for following year


LIABILITY

  • Hunting of any kind is potentially hazardous and it is important that directions and advice of the professional hunter will be followed
  • We strongly recommend our clients to arrange for the appropriate insurance cover against any possible claim that may arise from this hunt
  • We do not accept any liability for loss, illness, accidents or delays, nor any expenses arising there from
  • We undertake to exercise the utmost care and precaution to ensure our clients' safety
  • The client declares himself/herself fit to undertake the safari.

Start in Billings, Then visit little big horn battlefield,
MT grizzly encounter,
a hot springs (do you have good spots ?)
Looking to buy a 375 H&H or .416 Rem Mag if anyone has anything they want to let go of
