I managed to come across 1 box of 25 each of the classic Trophy bonded bear claw and trophy bonded sledge hammer solids. I'll be loading them in .375 H&H. Anyone have good data for these- preferably with RL15?

Speer Manual #14 specifically for those bullets
H414 Max 81 gr
IMR 4064 69 gr max
RL15 70 gr max
IMR 4350 75 gr max
CCI 250 primers/Win brass

Thank you! does it list speeds for max load? Doesn't really matter, but curious to know

My go to load in the 375 is 67.0 of IMR 4064 and a 300 grainer. Always low pressure in the tropics, good performance on anything it hits....4350 and its clone H414 are too slow in my book.....produce good velocities but lots of shot to shot variation....bore cross sectional area divided by case capacity yields 4064, or something very similar (which would inc Re 15 but haven't tried it).........good luck.......FWB

The Speer book warns that the Trophy Bonded and Sledgehammer do not "track" the same as regular reloading. H4895 works for me in 260 to 300 grain range except for the 235 gr TSX which is an absolute screamer with Rl15. You are right, 4064 has been THE powder for the 375 H&H.

Fine looking selection you have there... mighty fine. "When you care enough to send the very best".
Deal was too good to pass up on! Enough for a hunt or 2 if I'm careful, lol

The new ones (if you can find them) are crazy expensive! Midway shows $98 for 25! No thanks! I’d go broke as much as I practice! Great bullet though! Their smaller calibers are much less expensive for the same design.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
