Medical evacuation insurance???

I'm going on a plains game hunt in Namibia. Do you think that a medevac policy is advisable? I have selectively had them for other travel (business as well as hunting trips). If you think it's prudent to have a policy, which company do you prefer? The two that I know best are MedJet Assist and Global Rescue.

I think that it is advisable for any international hunter to have such coverage, it's great piece of mind not only for you but for your loved ones back at home.

I personally highly recommend Global Rescue as they provide the most comprehensive services.

I am a relatively healthy person and I get the insurance for the sake of my brides peace of mind and my own.
