Once fired brass is fine by me. I just picked up a Ruger No.1 so chambered and would like to load for it.

Thanks,

RC

Welcome to the .405 WCF world. You looking to shoot 300 or 400 grain bullets in yours?

Hello I have several boxes of 405 win hornady for sale if your interested
FOR $75.00 PER BOX

I’m actually interested in ordering a custom gas check mold with three cavities 300-350-400 grains. The 400 could run double duty in my 450/400.

I got a few pieces to get me started. I would be interested in some once-fired brass and a set of dies.

Thank you all for your help.

RC

Found a set of blemished dies on Midway so all I need now is some once-fired brass. I would mind trying out some 300 grain jacketed bullets too.

thank you all for your help,

RC

Gary Reeder Custom has a huge lot of new Hornady brass in 405. He uses it in many of his wildcats. There in Flagstaff Az.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
